With a slimmer design for tight spaces, the unit is constructed of a heavy-duty 430 series stainless steel exterior with a painted aluminum interior to withstand the rigorous demands of your commercial kitchen. The narrower design is excellent for tight areas where space is limited. This unit has one self-closing solid door with a recessed handle and 15.6 cubic feet of frozen storage. The self-closing door helps maintain internal temperatures by minimizing the amount of cold air that escapes during operation. The commercial reach-in freezer includes three removable plastic-coated wire shelves to organize frozen foods and ingredients such as frozen meats, vegetables or desserts. The unit has a front digital temperature controller with LED display. The temperature range of -8° to 0° keeps frozen food at the ideal temperature to ensure food safety. Additional features of this one-door reach-in freezer include foamed-in-place polyurethane high-density cell insulation throughout the entire cabinet, a bottom-mounted cooling unit that slides out and a removable door gasket.
