A 1 HP refrigeration system delivering 3,650 BTU/h maintains a -10°F to 0°F holding range for frozen product. The cabinet features CFC free foam insulation, a 430 stainless steel exterior, and 430 S/S interior walls with a 304 S/S floor. Six epoxy coated zinc shelves (three per door) help organize inventory by section. Automatic defrost activates every 6 hours. The system uses R290 refrigerant with a 5.29 oz charge and operates on 115V, 9 amps, 60 Hz, single phase.
