Designed for holding and serving hot food, the Adcraft 4 Bay Water Bath Steam Table uses a combination of hot water and steam to keep food at a consistent and safe serving temperature. The unit features four top openings that fit 12" x 20" full-size food pans. It features a heavy-duty stainless steel body and well with stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet ends. It has an undershelf for convenient storage. The water pan is made of fully welded stainless steel construction and the recessed well has a 3000W immersed heating element. The commercial steam table comes with a 3/4" drain for quick and easy draining, a thermostatic control dial and a low water cutoff sensor with reset button. 208V/240V, 3000W, 12.5 Amps. 5' power cord with NEMA 6-20 plug.
